Yesterday I wrote about a very well executed online game called the Paper Baron, which I have repeatedly kept playing.
It occurred to me that the game lacks a KEY feature that could have increased its user base significantly. The game does not allow you to save your high scores or create groups in which you can compete. In short, the game unfortunately stopped mid way focusing only on the individual user and not expanding its usability for peers and social networks. I truly believe that this simple tweak in the game would make a serious difference in terms of its longevity and peer promotion.
In this regard they might have even considered a prize for a national competition awardinga free flight in a F-16 or something related to the air force which is not a every day activity.
In any case, the Mighty V has challenged us all by stating his “high score” on the previous Paper Baron post and very confidently saying “beat that”. Unfortunately we can not be sure that this score is true and not just a mere figment of his imagination.
